Bitesquad namely9/20/2023 ![]() The customer support guy named ***** or ****** ( he told me he couldnt give me his name) was EXTREMELY RUDE just huffing and puffing as I was just tryna ask questions about my order and there was times where I asked a question and he would regard! My whole QUESTION with would u like your credit back! I told the gentle man who sounds like he was blackjust guessing Im a black women myself. Thats extremely upsetting that I have to now make time to go to the bank to dispute charges, get a new card and redo all my other bills because this company lies and obviously does not care what happens with its customers. Also I was fully refunded the last time I came to customer service over this. I question this because it makes no sense to me why I have to go cancel my card thats linked to all my other bills to stop getting charges on my card. Im told its supposedly now canceled but they can only issue me one month of a refund instead of a full and that Ill have to go to my bank to dispute the other charges. ![]() I contact customer service again for the 3rd time. Now today Im going over my bank statements and notice more monthly charges. I was told they would cancel the subscription and they issued me a refund. Come February I believe I was looking at my bank statements and noticed I was still being charged a monthly subscription even though I didnt even have an account. I asked that my account be deleted so I wouldnt have fraudulent charges anymore. Someone got into my Bite Squad account back in the fall and ordered food and subscribed to monthly subscription. ![]() I have just contacted your customer service for the 3rd time in a row. ![]() I would just like to share my horrible experience with this company. ![]()
